The Kitchen Table
A community for parents who have been carrying more than anyone realizes.
You’ve been carrying more of this than anyone realizes.
Holding the emotional weight of your family… making decisions without a clear sense of what actually helps… showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering if any of it is really working.
The Kitchen Table is a place where you don’t have to carry this the same way anymore.
Not because someone fixes you.
Because you find people who understand what you’ve been holding…
and a place to set it down for a while.
$97 / month. Cancel anytime.
What this is
"The most radical thing you can do for the culture right now
is tend to the culture inside your home." The Kitchen Table is not a course. It is not a support group. It is not a place to vent and be validated. It is a community of parents who are doing the actual work — learning to lead themselves and their families with steadiness, intention, and the kind of repair that builds trust over time. Timothy is here. Not as a distant expert — as a presence. Someone who has done this work from the inside and shows up the same way he asks every parent to show up: honestly, consistently, and without pretense.

What you get
Everything inside The Kitchen Table
The Community
A private space to connect with other parents who are doing this work. People who understand what you are carrying — because they are carrying something similar. This is not a comment section. It is a table worth sitting at.
Timothy's Writing
Every essay, reflection, and piece of thinking Timothy publishes — delivered here first, before anywhere else. The long reads. The weekly reflections. The moments that move him enough to say something. All of it in one place, written for you.
Live Sessions with Timothy
Regular live conversations where Timothy shows up, teaches, thinks out loud, and answers what is actually on your mind. Not a webinar. Not a lecture. A kitchen table conversation — with more people around it.
Who this is for
The Kitchen Table is for you if
You are the one holding everything together and you are tired of doing it without a framework.
You love your family deeply and something still isn't working — and you can't quite name what it is.
You've tried the strategies. You've read the books. You're ready for something that goes underneath all of that.
You don't need to be fixed. You need to be seen — and given something real to work with.
You want to be part of a community that takes this seriously, without shame and without pretense.
You are not in crisis. You are just ready. And that is enough.
You do not need to have it figured out before you arrive. You just need to be willing to sit down.
A note from Timothy
I named this community The Kitchen Table because that is where the real work happens. Not in an office. Not in a program. At the table where you make breakfast before anyone is ready to face the day. Where the hard conversations happen. Where the repair begins — quietly, imperfectly, over time.
I built this because the families I work with most closely kept telling me the same thing: the work between our conversations was the hardest part. They needed somewhere to belong in the middle of it. Somewhere that understood the weight of what they were carrying without asking them to perform their pain or prove their commitment.
That is what I am building here. A place that feels like belonging. Where steadiness is practiced, not just discussed. Where you are not the only one trying — and where that matters.
I will be at this table. Regularly. Honestly. The same way I show up everywhere else in this work — from the inside, not at a distance.
I hope you'll join us.

"Your texts and emails are responsive and our relationship has been life-changing for me. Your understanding of me is something I have never experienced before. Hopefully I can pay it forward — especially within my own family system."

The Kitchen Table is open.
You don't need to be ready. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to be willing to show up — for yourself, and for the family that is waiting for you to lead differently.
