What this is — and isn't
"Family WellthCare™ is not therapy.
It's what makes therapy more possible." We operate adjacent to clinical care — upstream, leadership-oriented, and systemic. When the emotional climate of the home shifts, the work you're doing gets easier. That's the relationship we're building with professionals who refer families to us.

How we differ from clinical care
We're not competing with your work.
We're extending it. Understanding the distinction makes referral straightforward.

Where families enter
Three ways to refer — depending on where they are
Not every family is ready for the same door. That's by design.
One of the most important changes we've made is building multiple entry points. The family you're sitting with right now may not be ready — financially or emotionally — for a full 1:1 advisory relationship. That used to mean there was nowhere to send them. Now there is.
Now Forming
The Community
The widest door. The lowest barrier.
For families who are ready to begin but aren't sure where to start. Content, connection, and a community of parents doing this work alongside each other. No commitment required. Ideal for families who need a soft landing before deeper engagement.

Now Forming
Group Advisory
The Practice, together.
A small cohort of parents moving through The Practice side by side. More accessible than 1:1. More supported than going it alone. The group dynamic is part of the medicine — especially for parents who are isolated in their struggle.

By Conversation Only
1:1 Advisory
Reserved. Selective. Ongoing.
A private, ongoing advisory relationship with Timothy directly. Right for families navigating significant relational complexity, multi-generational patterns, or sustained high-stakes leadership challenges. Not always available. Entry by conversation only.

Making the referral easy
What to say to a family you're referring
You don't need a long explanation. These three things cover it.
1
"This isn't therapy — and that's the point." Family WellthCare works with the family as a whole system. No one is the patient. No one is the problem. It's about building the kind of trust and steadiness at home that makes everything else easier.
2
"There's more than one way to start." If they're not ready for a full advisory relationship, they can join the community or express interest in a group. The important thing is that they find a door — and this site will help them find the right one.
3
"The first step is just a conversation." There's no pressure, no assessment, no agenda. Timothy's job in that first conversation is to listen — and to be honest about whether this is the right fit.

Want to talk professional to professional?
If you'd like to understand the model more deeply before referring — or if you work with families at scale and want to explore what a closer relationship might look like — Timothy is glad to have that conversation.
No pitch. No deck. Just a direct exchange between two people who care about the same families.
